2012/13 Acquisition Criteria for Residential Investments
We wish to constantly purchase high-yielding commercial real estate properties, portfolios, and properties capable of redevelopment for alternative use, subject to the following criteria:
| Geographical location: | major cities across Germany, medium-sized cities with at least 200,000 inhabitants |
|---|---|
| Sectors: | properties, up to 40% of commercial space, no council properties/projects |
| Investment volume: | € 4 m. - € 50 m. per individual property; for portfolios up to € 250 m. |
| State/condition: | refurbished/renovated, partly refurbished/renovated, structures of all types and years |
| Yield: | min. 4,5% |
| Occupancy rate: | min. 70% |
| Additional Information: | all joint venture developments, general developments opportunities, and privatization opportunities will be considered |
