| Investment volume: | € 4 m. - € 50 m. per individual property; for portfolios up to € 250 m. |
| State/condition: | refurbished/renovated, partly refurbished/renovated, structures of all types and years |
| Yield: | min. 4,5% |
| Occupancy rate: | min. 70% |
| Additional Information: | all joint venture developments, general developments opportunities, and privatization opportunities will be considered |
