STEP 1

After you have applied online, you’ll be contacted by us to arrange an appointment for your first interview. We have locations throughout Germany, so it is important that a colleague from the local team can participate in the interview. This allows us to assess your expertise in the best possible way.

STEP 2

The first interview is about getting to know each other better. A member of the department recruiting that position will be present. They will be looking forward to learning more about you and your previous work experience and telling you more about the position.

STEP 3

If the first interview goes well, there will be an opportunity to discuss further open questions and get a small taste of your potential future work environment.
